These terms govern your use of prnawellness.com and the services, programs and products offered by PRNA LLC (“PRNA,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy and wellness disclaimer.

Wellness services, not medical care

PRNA provides holistic wellness education, energetic balancing and lifestyle coaching. We do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, prescribe medication, or provide emergency care. Our services complement, and never replace, care from your licensed health-care providers. Clients receiving 1:1 services sign a separate informed consent before their first session.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to book services, or be the parent or legal guardian of a minor receiving services.

Bookings, deposits and payments

• The Quantum 8 Method is reserved with a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable and applied in full to the $500 program fee. The program is a four-month commitment. Follow-up appointments are billed separately at the posted rate.
• A completed $300 bioenergetic scan is credited toward the Quantum 8 Method if you enroll.
• Payments are due at the time of booking unless a written payment plan is agreed in advance.
• Some services are non-refundable and non-transferable; this is disclosed at booking.
• Recommended supplements and products are purchased separately.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

Remote scans and hair samples

For virtual sessions and remote scans you agree to mail a hair sample following the instructions provided. Samples are used only for your scan and are not returned.

Membership

You Are the Medicine is hosted on Skool and billed through that platform on a recurring basis until you cancel. Membership pricing may change for new members as the community grows. You can cancel through your Skool account; cancellation stops future charges, and past charges are not refunded.

Affiliate and product disclosures

Some links on this site, including product and book links, may be affiliate links. PRNA may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend products we use and trust.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, the Quantum 8 Method framework, trainings and quizzes, belongs to PRNA LLC or Dr. Shalane Carter and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission.

No guarantee of results

Every body is different. We do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not predictions of your results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRNA LLC and Dr. Shalane Carter are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion, then mediation, before any arbitration or legal action in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
